Thank you for visiting AKEMI's SUSHiKiTCHEN. 
If you are interested in learning about how authentic Japanese sushi is made, 
we welcome you to come and join us for a lesson and a delightful lunch or dinner.
Akemi Castellano, a trained sushi chef, will show you how to make
several popular types of sushi, leading you through the process
starting from the preparation of the vinegar rice. 

You can experience authentic Japanese cooking in a friendly home environment. 

Choose from
Morning Lessons (10am-1pm), or
Afternoon Lessons (4:30-7:30pm


 

We'll make "Nigiri-zushi" (hand-pressed sushi), "Maki-zushi" (rolled sushi),
"Gun-kan" (battleship sushi) and "Inari" (fried tofu pockets).  

Please note that this is a set course, and we cannot do special orders. 

Regular lessons can seat up to five people.
If you have a group of six or more, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

If there are only two or three in your group, you might be seated with another group.
We would apprecate your understanding.
