Privacy Policy

Following is Blue-J Inc.’s policy with regard to the handling of personal information. In the context of this Privacy Policy, the terms “Personal Information” and “Information” refer to all information obtained from customers and other business partners, including contact information, data that would enable companies or individuals to be identified by third parties, and information related to specific jobs undertaken by Blue-J Inc. at the customer’s request. 

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: We will comply strictly with applicable laws and other regulations in Japan related to the protection of customers’ personal information.
2. Use of Personal Information: We will use information acquired from customers strictly within the scope of the purposes intended by the customer.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information: No information obtained from our customers will be disclosed or provided to any third parties without the customer’s prior written consent. (This policy will not apply in cases where such disclosure or provision is required by law.)
4. Response to Requests from Customers: Information obtained from customers will be kept accurate and updated. If any customer requests that such information be amended or deleted, we will comply immediately after confirming the identity of the requesting party.
5. Information Security: We will implement measures to prevent unauthorized access to Personal Information obtained from customers, and to prevent loss, destruction, alteration, or leaking of such information. All information obtained from customers will be stored and managed with strict attention to security.
6. Outsourcing: When operations involving Personal Information are outsourced, we will provide appropriate guidance and management to ensure that the parties in question adhere strictly to the above items with regard to the use, handling, and security of such Personal Information.
7. Continuous Improvement: We will continuously review and improve measures related to the protection of Personal Information.
8. Confidentiality Agreements: We will enter a separate Confidentiality Agreement, at the customer’s request.
