Send your materials

For translation, please send your original document. We ask that you send the material in an editable file format, like MS Word or PowerPoint, as this speeds up the quotation process as well as the translation work itself.

For transcriptions, please send your audio data file.

Quotation

Based on the materials, we will provide a quote on price and delivery.

Our quoted schedule will be based on our standard delivery,
but if you have a deadline to meet, please let us know.

After checking the materials received, we will count the target characters, and quote a price.

Before we do this, we will confirm whether there is any content that does not need to be translated (e.g., duplicated text), or material that requires special attention (like figures or tables).
